TERMITE INSPECTIONS
Look for the signs termites can leave in a home
Visual termite inspections check accessible areas for activity, damage, and conducive conditions across Greater Charlotte.

A closer look.
A useful answer.
Termites and other wood-destroying insects can leave clues before they are obvious. Royal Home Inspections, LLC serves buyers, sellers, and homeowners across Greater Charlotte and Lake Norman, including Mooresville, Huntersville, Cornelius, Davidson, Denver, and Statesville. Lead inspector Derek looks for visible evidence in safely accessible areas and conditions that may make a home more vulnerable.
The inspection documents what could be observed that day; it cannot rule out activity in concealed spaces. Findings are explained in a photo-rich report, with time to discuss questions during a client walkthrough. Royal schedules one home inspection per day. Call or text (980) 412-5959, or email royal1homeinspections@gmail.com. Available daily, 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
A focused look at likely entry points
The review considers accessible foundation and perimeter areas, crawlspaces or basements, and visible wood. Moisture and wood-to-soil contact may reveal conditions worth addressing.
Findings you can discuss
A photo-rich report shows where concerns were observed. Derek can explain findings and when follow-up with a pest-control professional or building specialist may be appropriate.
Buyer-first, without pressure
Royal emphasizes education over pressure to buy add-ons, helping you decide what follow-up, if any, fits your situation.
What we look at.
And what it tells you.
Visible signs of activity
Safely accessible areas are checked for signs such as mud tubes, insect evidence, or affected-looking wood. Findings reflect the visit date.
Accessible wood and surroundings
The review may include foundation edges, crawlspace or basement areas, and exterior wood. Observed wood-to-soil contact, excess moisture, and other conducive conditions are noted.
Limits of a non-destructive inspection
Walls, covered flooring, stored items, and other inaccessible spaces are not opened or moved. No destructive investigation is included, so concealed activity or damage may exist.
What findings do not establish
The visual inspection is not a guarantee, treatment, or determination of damage extent or structural significance. Consult a pest-control professional or building specialist for those evaluations.
Does a termite inspection guarantee there are no termites?
No. It reports visible evidence and conditions in accessible areas on the inspection date. Activity may be concealed inside walls, beneath coverings, or elsewhere.
Is this the same as North Carolina's official WDIR form?
Not necessarily. North Carolina limits the official WDIR 100 to structural-pest-control licensees or their authorized agents. If your lender or transaction requires it, confirm that the provider can issue the required form.
What happens if the inspection finds signs of activity or damage?
The report identifies observed evidence or conducive conditions. Treatment and assessment of concealed or structurally significant damage are outside this inspection; consult an appropriate professional.
One home a day. Your full attention.
